| Club Las Americas is located within the elegant and exclusive premises of
Toronto's prestigious Ontario Club. In fact, members of Club Las Americas are
automatically members of The Ontario Club.
Founded in 1909 as a
private club for the day's business and political leaders, The Ontario Club is a modern
business and social venue that maintains a traditional club atmosphere.
Even though the Ontario
Club's membership includes some of Canada's most prominent business leaders, it has long
encouraged young men and women to join and use the Club as a valuable addition to their
social and professional lives.
 The Ontario Club is also home to
Toronto's diplomatic community. The Consular Corps and
international trade representatives meet regularly and host many official diplomatic,
trade and investment functions at The Ontario Club.
In 1992 the Engineers'
Club became part of the Ontario Club, and brought with it many prominent
members of Canada's important mining and investment community.
The visionary spirit of
its members has encouraged The Ontario Club to launch a new and exciting initiative - Club
Las Americas - which is a business and social venue created to access the increasing
needs and growing influence of South and Central American business.
Today, The Ontario Club
has over 1500 members and over 400 prestigious affiliated Clubs worldwide.
 The Ontario Club has the largest
number of world wide affiliates of any private club in North America. Ontario Club
membership gives you privileges at some of the finest private clubs around the
world.
The Ontario
Club can accommodate receptions of up to 700 guests as well as intimate dinners for two.
The Ontario Club has three main dining rooms and also has eight other private rooms for
business meetings, lunches and private parties, plus a fully equipped business centre with
high speed internet access.
The Club is open for
regular use from 6:00 am to midnight Monday to Friday, but is available on weekends for
the many Club events and special occasions.
